The Komatsoo Emergency Light, KEL-3B*, is fitted with a back - lit LED based “EXIT” sign. & KEL-2 is without the Exit sign. The EXIT sign is always illuminated once it’s switch is kept in the ON position. Since the EXIT sign is LED based, it has a operating life of more than 100,000 hours hence avoids the problems of fused bulbs totally. A Sleep Mode Switch is also provided to enable switching OFF the emergency light operation when not required hence enhancing battery life.
Controlled charging and low battery cut-off features ensure long operating life of the SMF battery and trouble free operation.. The battery is automatically charged when a healthy input mains supply is present and the Mains switch is kept in the ON position.
